Potential Issues: Mobile device not currently up to date with latest OS.

Attention: Please make sure you have filled in the Remote Access Services form, to allow us to put you in the correct security group to access this resource. Also please make sure you have setup MFA for your Microsoft 365 account.

Using a Web Browser on either Windows 10 / OS X 14+ / ChromeBook

Please navigate to your Schools RDS site > Sign in with your school account.

Gryphon School - rdweb.sast.org.uk

Shaftesbury School - remoteapps.shaftesburyschool.co.uk

King Arthurs - services.sast.org.uk

After entering your user credentials, the login page will tell you it's waiting for you to authenticate with the Authenticator app.

You'll receive a prompt on your mobile device ask you to sign into the Authenticator application.

Click on the notification on your device > Approve

IMPORTANT: If you receive this prompt but you have not tried to sign into RDS in the last 5 minutes, please contact IT Support immediately.

After clicking on Approve you'll be signed into your RDS environment
