Students - Unable to see any Documents in Foldr

Potential Issues: System time on your device will need to be correct to access Foldr.
Attention: If your School uses an Intranet, you can access Foldr from the button on the right hand side.
If you see a blank white space in your 'My Files' area - don't panic, continue reading on and follow the instructions.

If you did not see the prompt to confirm your password when you logged in, or you pressed "Not Now" you will need to open the "Me" Tab on the left hand side of the screen.
This should re-prompt you to Update you password, you will need to enter your school password and select update

If this Message does not appear after selecting the "Me" tab, you may have to sign out and back. You should now see this message and be able to update your password.
If you are using the Mobile App you will need to sign out of the app and back in for you to see this prompt again.
