Open Settings on the Chromebook

Next 1) Click advanced, then 2) Languages and inputs, next 3) Click Inputs and keyboards.

Now click Add input methods

Type Ukrainian then, 1) check the box next to Ukrainian.

Now 1) click Accessibility then, 2) click Keyboard and text input

Toggle the On-Screen Keyboard

1) Click GB, in the menu that comes up, 2) Click Ukrainian.

To open the On-Screen Keyboard, click the Keyboard symbol in the task bar, next to the date. Or while in tablet mode, clicking any text box will open the Keyboard.
