Attention: Should you send an email to external sources, Parents' as an example, the email cannot be recalled and must be reported to DPO@sast.org.uk immediately.

Recalling an email with Outlook online is a straightforward process. Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Open Outlook online and go to your Sent Items folder.
2. Open the email that you want to recall.
3. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu in the top right corner of the email.
4. Select "Recall Message" from the dropdown menu.
5. Please click OK to proceed with the message recall
6. You'll shortly receive a Recall Report email from Microsoft to your inbox
7. You can open the email and select View Message Recall Report to see the status of the recall.
The recall tends to be complete within 60 seconds, however please allow 3-5 minutes for Microsoft to generate and update the Recall Report.
