How to send print jobs to the 'Reprographics' print queue via docQticket
To send print jobs to the 'Reprographics' print queue, firstly open up the document you would like to print.
After this, click 'file', 'print', and then choose the 'Reprographics' print queue from the dropdown menu.

DO NOT amend any print settings from here, instead click 'print'. This includes the number of copies, leave this as 'one'.
This will open docQticket, and allow you to change printer options via the job ticket, instead of the system print options.

As of September 2025, Microsoft has updated the office applications, and they now 'virtually print' your document before handing the job over to docQticket.
This means that if you specify copies in the system options before clicking 'print', docQticket will think you are trying to print one copy with the total amount of pages for the whole job.
If you then specify the amount of copies within docQticket, it will multiply the amount of copies you want by the number you enter.
To avoid this, please leave the copies set to 1 in the system options, and specify the amount of copies you need within docQticket, as shown below.

You can make all other changes to your print job via docQticket. For example, paper size, double sided, booklet, stapling, hole punching, etc.
Before submitting the job, you can check the number of copies, pages, and the print budget you are charging to in the summary box within docQticket.

After you have amended the job with the required settings, and are happy with the number of copies, pages, and print budget, press 'OK' and the job will be sent to the 'Reprographics' print queue.
