This guide will explain how to start Microsoft Whiteboard within a linked lesson so you can start collaborating effectively between linked classrooms.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Teams
Launch Microsoft Teams on your computer or device.
Join the existing linked lesson for that period, which will be in your calendar.
Step 2: Access Whiteboard via Teams
In Teams, go to the Apps section (found in the left-hand menu).
Use the search bar to type Whiteboard.
Click Open to launch the Whiteboard app within Teams.
⚠️ Important: Do not use the embedded Whiteboard feature on the shared classroom screen.
